Ecstatic to be nominated by the Canadian Society of Cinematographers for “Wild” (Dramatic Short Cinematography), and “Lost Time” (Robert Brooks Award for Documentary Cinematography).
These are two of the most bare bones-films I’ve shot thus far in terms of gear, crew and time. It’s wonderful to see non-traditional approaches recognized like this, especially alongside incredible nominees. The awards coincidentally lined up with our new documentary shoot, so Leo Pfeifer (director and editor of Lost Time) joined me at the gala.
